Before you get started, please keep in mind that not all tumblers are suitable for engraving due to variations in brand and coating materials. We prioritize safety and cannot engrave certain tumblers with toxic coatings. Brands like Yeti, Brumate, Hydrapeak, and a select few others have proven to be engraving-friendly with no issues.
However, please note that we cannot engrave bare stainless steel, but if your tumbler has a powder coating, chances are, we can work our magic.
Please ensure you select the right type of engraving you would like to get done on your tumbler.
How it works/process:
- Place your order. Make sure that all boxes are completed. If you have any questions prior to ordering please send me an email at email@example.com.
- Once you have submitted your order I will review and make sure everything looks ok in terms of the type of tumbler and the selected/requested design are compatible. I will send you an email confirming that we can or can not move forwarded with the order.
- When your order has been confirmed you will need to drop your order off at my location (Williamstown, Airdrie). The exact address will be sent with your order confirmation email.
- Once your tumbler has been dropped off AND design has been approved by you turn around time is approximately 4-5 business days. For the most up to date processing times please see announcement bar on our website.

ORDERS & TURNAROUND TIME
Our average turnaround time varies based on time of year and number/type of products ordered. Please check the banner at the top of our home page for any updates.
We deliver anywhere within Canada! Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship outside of Canada. There may be various shipping options available to you at checkout depending on items purchased.
Local Pick Up
Free! Pickup can occur be arranged with 24hrs notice with a day and time (between Monday-Friday 9-5pm) at Big Mood Designs(home based).
All pickups MUST be completed within 30 days of the order. We will call to notify of final pickup availability. If the order is not picked up within 30 days or an arrangement is not confirmed that pickup will happen, the order will be deemed to be abandoned and will become Big Mood Designs. property.
|$5 local delivery within the city of Airdrie. Deliveries happen once a week. Please refer to banner at the top of our home page for delivery days.
|Free Lettermail shipping is available on small items. This is an untracked and uninsured shipping service. Please know that once your package is dispatched, we cannot track it. Big Mood Designs will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages sent via Lettermail shipping service. Orders over 100g will automatically be upgraded to parcel shipping with tracking.
|We use a variety of shipping carriers (Canada Post, Canpar, and FedEx) to ship orders. Flat-rate shipping is available on sign orders and all other orders over 100g. It can also be added as an upgrade at checkout where Lettermail is the free shipping service. You will receive a tracking number when your order dispatches and insurance up to $100.00 is included on your order. We package all orders with great care, but if an item does arrived damaged, please send photos of the damage (including the packaging box/envelope) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a new item or a refund.
DELIVERY TERMS + CONDITIONS
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Delivery charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.
All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
*Please understand sometimes there are courier delays outside of our control.
*Please note that while we will do everything possible to ensure a gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date and delays can happen with couriers.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
