Strong Like Sloane is a featured campaign in Big Mood Designs’ Give a Damn Series, created to honour Sloane and support children and families facing pediatric cancer.

In recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, this Give a Damn campaign will run throughout September 2026, with 20% of eligible sales from this collection donated to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation in support of pharmacogenomics research.

This collection was thoughtfully created in collaboration with Krystelle Creations, using designs that represent strength, hope, love, and community. Each piece was made to help share Sloane’s story while contributing to research that can make cancer treatment safer and more personalized for children.

The collection includes engraved tumblers, wooden bookmarks, and other limited-edition pieces created specifically for the Strong Like Sloane campaign.

Pharmacogenomics research helps doctors better understand how a child’s unique genetic makeup may affect the way they respond to cancer treatment. The goal is to help reduce harmful side effects, improve treatment decisions, and support better long-term outcomes for children undergoing cancer care.
