How It Works

Tell us about your group
Start by completing our fundraiser application with some basic information about your school, team, club, grad class, or organization and what you're raising money for.
Choose your fundraiser products
We’ll help you select a curated group of Big Mood products that work well for your audience. Depending on the fundraiser, products may feature your school, team, colours, graduation year, logo, or other custom artwork. Permission to use any protected logos, mascots, trademarks, or branding must be obtained by the organization before the fundraiser launches.
We build your online fundraiser
Big Mood creates a dedicated collection on our website specifically for your organization. You’ll receive one easy link to share with families, friends, supporters, and your community.
You share. We handle the orders.
Supporters place and pay for their orders directly online. Big Mood handles payment processing, production, and order tracking, so your committee isn’t collecting cash or managing spreadsheets.
Your organization gets paid
When the fundraiser closes, your group receives 20% of eligible pre-tax product sales from your campaign.

Big Mood will provide basic graphics and shareable information, but we do not actively market individual fundraisers on behalf of participating organizations. The success of your campaign depends largely on how consistently your group shares and promotes it.

We take care of the online storefront, product setup, payment collection, production, eligible sales tracking, and final fundraiser calculation.

How Long Does a Fundraiser Run?

Most Big Mood fundraisers run for approximately 3–4 weeks. We’ll work with your organization to choose dates that make sense around your event, season, tournament, graduation, or fundraising goal.

Once the fundraiser closes, Big Mood completes production, reconciles eligible sales, and issues one final payout to your organization. Final fundraiser payouts are typically issued within 10–15 business days after the campaign closes.
