Your organization promotes the fundraiser, Big Mood handles the online ordering and production, and your group receives 20% of eligible pre-tax product sales.
Before You Apply
Our fundraisers are designed to be easy, but the success of your campaign depends on your group actively sharing and promoting it.
Big Mood will provide your organization with a dedicated online collection, an easy shopping link, and basic promotional graphics and information to help you spread the word.
Your organization is responsible for getting that link in front of your community through newsletters, team chats, parent groups, social media, QR codes, email lists, and other channels available to you.
There are no guaranteed fundraising totals, but the more your group shares, the more opportunity there is to raise.
What Happens After You Apply?
I’d keep this really simple:
1. We review your application
We’ll make sure the fundraiser is a good fit based on your organization, timing, product needs, and our current production capacity.
2. We connect with you
If approved, we’ll reach out to discuss your campaign dates, products, artwork, branding, fulfillment, and any setup requirements.
3. We build your fundraiser
Big Mood creates a dedicated online collection for your organization and provides your shareable fundraiser link.
4. You launch and promote it
Your group shares the fundraiser with your community while Big Mood handles online orders and payments.
5. We make the products and calculate your payout
Once the campaign closes, Big Mood completes production, reconciles eligible sales, and issues one final payout to your organization.
A Few Things to Know
I’d add a short section like this before the form:
- Most Big Mood fundraisers run for approximately 3–4 weeks
- Your organization receives 20% of eligible pre-tax product sales
- Taxes, shipping, refunds, and cancelled orders are excluded from fundraising calculations
- No upfront inventory purchase is required
- Fundraiser products are chosen from a curated selection based on your group and campaign
- Organizations must have permission to use any logos, mascots, trademarks, or protected branding submitted for merchandise
- A one-time artwork setup fee may apply if logos or artwork need to be recreated, simplified, or converted into a production-ready format
- Local fundraiser orders are typically distributed through one bulk organization pickup, with individual paid shipping available where applicable
- Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance
