Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the Big Mood Designs Online Store. It is your responsibility to read and understand the following terms and conditions. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from Big Mood Designs at a market, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Big Mood Designs reserves the right to modify and revise these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason and without notice. It is your responsibility to frequently check back to ensure you’ve read the most up-to-date terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

You may place an online order with one of the following methods of payment: Interact, VISA, VISA Checkout, MasterCard, and AMEX. You will receive an email confirmation including your order number shortly after you complete checkout. Be sure to scan your junk mail folder just in case it didn’t make it into your inbox. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please call Big Mood Designs at (587) 228-7224 or email hello@bigmooddesigns.com and we’ll be happy to sort this out.

Gift Cards

An email confirmation will be sent providing a confirmation number. This confirmation number is required in order to use the gift card online. 

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

To cancel or return a product, please call Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. at (403) 629-1128. Refunds and exchanges can be accepted of within 30 days of the original purchase. The goods must be unopened, unaltered/unlaundered, and be in good standing. Refunds will be provided in the same tender that was provided for the original purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Big Mood Designs retains the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
